This magnificent sculptural torchere is a sublime combination of classical elegance and refined decorative art. The female figure, chiseled in bronze with a dark and deep finish, stands in all her majesty. The face is sweet, with delicate features, a barely visible smile and an upward gaze, giving a sense of devotion and solemnity to the entire composition. The figure supports with both arms a candelabra embellished with minutely worked details, made of 24kt gold-plated bronze. The arms of the candelabra extend in elegant scrolls and floral ornaments, culminating in stylised flames that house the lights. The base of the statue is equally precious, made of deep red marble.
